Animated Video For Buildmark

The NHBC Buildmark gives a 10 year warranty for new homes and is the gold standard  in new home warranty packages. Buildmark is very well known in the building and construction industry.
NHBC wanted to create a video that raised awareness and engagement with potential and existing homeowners and appealed to families at the point of purchase, so that the 10 year warranty was part of what encouraged people to buy their new home.
The brief was to create an engaging animated film, which informed and entertained  potential home buyers, about the benefits and comprehensive quality guarantee that comes with having a Buildmark warranty.

The Challenge

The video had to appeal to a diverse range of family backgrounds and ethnicity groups as well as the building industry.
Ensure the video is FCA compliant.
The video had to explain complex information using animations.
A very tight project turnaround of 5 weeks.

The Solution

Movey created a bespoke 3 minute engaging animated video, that told the story of Buildmark and informed potential home buyers about the many benefits and quality guarantee that comes with having a Buildmark warranty.
The Movey specialist animator created a set of bespoke characters and the project team worked closely with NHBC to build the visual story and take people through the customer journey.
The result was a high quality three minute video that told the Buildmark story. Movey were able to create an adaptable template that could be used for future campaigns.
NHBC launched the campaign across multiple channels and were able to engage with the end user presenting their brand in a family friendly way.
